Keegan Theatre is ready to go to the next level. We need a great building to get there.
- A great building helps us develop and create.
- A great building adds to every performance.
- A great building brings a special experience to every audience member.
But today our facility falls short. The foyer is cramped and stuffy. Tight seating squeezes patrons together. Steep stairs make us wheelchair inaccessible. Rest rooms are dingy, inadequate and overflowing with unfortunate charm. Their overuse at intermissions sometimes delays shows.
For our actors and other artists, space for rehearsals and for building sets is woefully limited. Dressing rooms are jammed together under the seats and spill out into the side aisles. During performances, actors and technical staff share rest rooms with our patrons.
The In Good Company Campaign will give us the building we need.
