
People-avoider Zia suffers from anthropophobia, the fear of people. People-watcher Doe suffers from being dead. And naturally, only Zia can see him. Brought together by chance, fate, or potentially ghostly revenge, the two set out on a journey to uncover Doe’s forgotten life while Zia faces perhaps a fate worse than death… socializing.

Josh Sticklin (JOHN DOE Director, Scenic Designer, and Technical Director; Artistic Director of The Boiler Room Series; Associate Producer, Facilities Manager of The Keegan Theatre) is a true multi-hyphenate theater maker and brings that perspective to his work on all fronts. As a director, his credits include WOMAN IN BLACK, HAND TO GOD, GOOD PEOPLE, AS YOU LIKE IT, SHE SINGS LIGHT, CHILDREN OF EDEN, and CURTAINS. As a choreographer, his credits include CHESS, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, BALTIMORE WALTZ, and CAROUSEL. As a designer, his credits include SAN GIOVANNI BATTISTA (Set), SEUSSICAL (Set - Helen Hayes Award Winner for Outstanding Set Design), JUNIE B. JONES (Set), YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN (Set), and OTHER LIFE FORMS (Props). As an artisan/engineer he has designed notable scenic elements in LONESOME WEST, SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION, RIPCORD, TOP GIRLS, BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, and THE UNDENIABLE SOUND OF RIGHT NOW. He also serves as Associate Producer, Technical Director, and Facilities Manager. Anya Peregrino (Costume & Hair/Wig/Makeup Designer) is a South African-American costume designer and wardrobe supervisor. Her breadth of work varies from theatre to film & TV to cirque. She received a BFA in Production Design, concentrating in Costume Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. During her time in Georgia, she started working in film as a Costumer and Lighting Fixtures Technician. Her work can be seen on The Menu, Halloween Ends, Apple TV’s Manhunt, and Fly Me To The Moon. In 2024, she joined the Kennedy Center on their TYA National Tour as wardrobe supervisor. Then she joined the Broadway Center Stage team leading the wardrobe department for their productions of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the now Broadway-bound Schmigadoon Live! Anya has since assisted designer Erik Teague at Synetic Theatre for their productions of Frankenstein and Antony and Cleopatra.
Jeremy Bennett, he/him (Projections Designer) is a Washington, DC–area–based projection designer, visual storyteller, and theatre artist. His work spans a range of theatrical and interdisciplinary productions, with collaborations at several institutions in the DC region and beyond. His credits include projects with The Kennedy Center (Theatre for Young Audiences) in Washington, DC; The Keegan Theatre in Washington, DC; Theater Alliance in Washington, DC; and Transforma Theatre in New York City.

Jared H. Graham he/him (Production Manager) is a DMV based performer, educator, administrator, and director. Jared holds an MFA in Physical Theatre from the Accademia dell’ Arte in Arezzo, Italy and a BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Memphis. He is the Director of Production and Education for the Keegan Theatre and has appeared on several local stages.
