Called “the funniest farce ever written,” NOISES OFF presents a manic menagerie of itinerant actors rehearsing a flop called NOTHING’S ON. Keegan’s acclaimed 2010 production of NOISES OFF played to sold-out houses — and finally returns in 2024 by popular demand!

Broadway World Review
“All nine actors in Noises Off have mastered this insanely comically intricate script … Mark A. Rhea has orchestrated, nay ringmastered, a thoroughly entertaining show in spite of how hard it remains.”
DC Theater Arts Review
“Successfully depicting the descent of an already awful farce into hopeless chaos requires precision engineering. Directed by Mark Rhea, Keegan Theatre’s production of Noises Off nails the details and the timing. Hilarity ensues.”
MD Theatre Guide Review
“Director Mark A. Rhea and his cast present a masterclass in strong, ensemble-based comedy … Noises Off at The Keegan Theatre is a do-not-miss!”
Washington City Paper Review
“Noises Off has often been hailed as one of the funniest stage comedies of all time, and with Keegan’s production it’s easy to see why its appeal has endured … the impeccable comedic timing, physicality, and commitment of the cast make the punch lines land perfectly. “
Metro Weekly Review
“The set’s the star in Keegan Theatre’s nimble production of Noises Off … The cast’s interactions with the scenery tend to be as comically compelling as their rapport with each other, or their way with the repartee of Michael Frayn’s quintessential farce.”
