Nathan Beary Blustein conducts, transcribes, coaches, analyzes, teaches, and performs musicals. In the DC area, he has been on the music teams for productions at The Kennedy Center TYA (Through the Sunken Lands), Woolly Mammoth Theatre Co. (A Strange Loop), and The Keegan Theatre (Seussical). His research focuses on the drama of musical form in Broadway songs, particularly in the musicals of Stephen Sondheim. Gabrielle graduated from High Point University with a B.A in performance theatre. While at High Point, Gabrielle was involved with stage managing, acting, and directing. Returning to her hometown of D.C, she has her sights set high on getting involved in the theatre community as much as possible. Matthew J. Keenan was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and is a graduate from the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin. Matthew began working with Keegan as an actor and in 2015 became the company’s resident scenic designer. He’s also a company member with the Classical Theatre Company in Houston TX. As well as being a Helen Hayes-nominated scenic designer and actor, Matthew is also the playwright of Keegan’s holiday tradition, An Irish Carol. In 2010 Broadway's Henry Miller's Theatre was renamed The Stephen Sondheim Theatre in his honour; in 2019, London's Queens Theatre was also renamed the Sondheim.
George Furth was born in Chicago and graduated from Northwestern University; he did postgraduate work at Columbia University. He has worked extensively as an actor, appearing in many feature films, including The Best Man, Oh God!, Doctor Detroit, Young Doctors In Love, The Man With Two Brains, Cannonball Run, Hooper, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Blazing Saddles, Shampoo, Sleeper, The New Interns and Myra Breckinridge; he has also acted in many major television shows. In addition to Company, he has written the Broadway shows The Act, Twigs, The Supporting Cast, Merrily We Roll Along, Precious Sons and Getting Away With Murder.
