HAIR has some very dark moments, but the joyful exuberance of the cast and the celebration of love and life more than make up for them.
You expect a ragged vibe in “Cabaret,” and Keegan gives it to you — with feeling.
In sum, this production rises to the challenge in nearly every way. It’s one to be seen.
Directors Christina Coakley and Michael Innocenti have successfully provided DC with a piece of genuinely excellent theatre.
As Keegan Theatre prepares for a face-lift renovation of their space on Church Street, it’s clear this is a theatre that has a vision and both the talent and the chops to make powerful theatre happen.
